-Mexican Elote Corn Soup: with cotija cheese crema, guajillo pepper, and cilantro

-Summer Salad: mixed greens with strawberries, almonds, golden quinoa, lemon-marjoram vinaigrette, and shaved pecorino cheese
 

Course 2
Choice of:

-Pan Seared Bass Aqua Pazza with pei mussels, heirloom tomatoes, and harissa oil

-Coffee Rubbed Filet of Beef with tater tot gratin, fire roasted shoshito pepper and pea chutney, and poached plum demi-glace

-Apricot Carolina BBQ Cornish Hen with roasted corn bread pudding and braised collard greens

-Baked Falafel Stuffed Eggplant with heirloom tomato relish and muhammara tahini sauce

Choice of:

-Summer Stonefruit Trifle with grilled peaches, brandy sauteed cherries, mascarpone, ladyfingers, granola crumble, and dark chocolate

-Lemon Cheesecake with mango coulis and blackberries
