Appetizer of the Day:

roasted asparagus, pine nuts, lemon brown butter, fried egg, saba

 

Second Course (choice of):

-Farfalle with duck leg ragu, apricots

-Grilled Flat Iron Steak with porcini mash, spring onion & cherry tomato relish

-Grilled Wahoo with english peas, goat cheese, saffron tomato broth

 

Dessert (choice of):

-Budino- italian style custard, salted caramel, fresh whipped cream, oreo cookie crumble

-Panna Cotta du Jour
